IN THE COURT OF PUBLIC CONSCIENCE
PETITION FOR DISSOLUTION OF UNION
Comes now the undersigned, Citizen Ben, a metaphorical representative of the free, democratic spirit of the United States of America, and files this Petition for Dissolution of Union from one Donald J. Trump, on the following grounds:
I. PARTIES
- Petitioner: “Citizen Ben,” symbolic descendant of revolutionaries, thinkers, and common people who dared to dream of a republic rooted in liberty and justice.
- Respondent: Donald John Trump, a man who twice swore to uphold the Constitution and instead used its pages to polish his ego.
II. GROUNDS FOR DIVORCE
This symbolic union is irretrievably broken due to:
- Physical Abuse:
- Incitement of violence.
- Encouragement of force against journalists, students, immigrants and protestors.
- Enabling of militarized responses to peaceful dissent.
- Emotional Abuse:
- Gaslighting an entire nation with “alternative facts.”
- Mockery of the vulnerable, the marginalized, and the truth itself.
- Systematic erosion of norms, trust, and democratic institutions.
- Neglect:
- Ignoring the cries of the sick and dying.
- Abandoning the duty of unifying a fractured people.
- Replacing empathy with vanity.
III. RELIEF REQUESTED
Petitioner respectfully demands:
- Immediate severance from any shared future.
- Restoration of dignity, reason, and decency to the public square.
- Custody of the Constitution be returned to those who respect it.
- That the name of “Citizen” no longer be used in vain to justify tyranny masquerading as patriotism.
